ABOUT
VIOLUNA is a Canadian-born DJ, producer, and violinist based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Classically trained from age six and shaped early by the fire of Irish fiddle music, she found house music through the festival scene in college. San Diego's underground, Desert Hearts, Burning Man, and years playing in a kirtan band deepened her love of music and how she feels rhythm as a ritual ~ a thread that still runs through everything she makes.Merging live electric violin with deep, melodic, progressive, and organic dance music, her performances blend atmosphere with embodied rhythm, creating immersive sets that resonate beyond the dance floor.VIOLUNA has quickly made her mark on Florida's electronic music scene, supporting artists like Hayden James and Oona Dahl, with first festival bookings at Shipwrecked and One of Us Presents: Summer is Calling.Listeners often describe her violin as “angels singing through the strings.” Her debut release, “Say Goodbye” a collaborative track with Grim Avenue, dropped in June 2026 on House of Horus, instantly capturing the electronic community's attention.
